Cumberland Site Services, LLC is a licensed contractor based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, providing septic system services, excavation, site preparation, and related site services. Information presented on this Site is intended to describe our services and allow visitors to contact us. Use of the Site does not, by itself, create a contract for services between you and Cumberland Site Services, LLC.

All services are subject to a separate written estimate, work order, or service agreement signed by both parties. Pricing, scheduling, scope of work, and warranty terms for any service are governed by that separate agreement, not by these Terms.
Estimates provided on or through the Site are approximate and may change based on on-site conditions, permit requirements, soil conditions, code compliance, or other factors discovered during the course of work.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, the name "Cumberland Site Services," our logo, and any associated trade dress — is owned by or licensed to Cumberland Site Services, LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cumberland Site Services, LLC, its officers, members, employees, agents, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00).

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written service agreement between you and Cumberland Site Services, LLC, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cumberland Site Services, LLC regarding your use of the Site, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Cumberland Site Services, LLC.
